Restylane Lyft for Marionette lines correction

Marionette lines, also known as sad lines, are the lines that run from the corners of the mouth to the chin. These lines become more prominent as we age, making us look older and tired. Fortunately, there are several ways to correct these lines, including using hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane Lyft.

In this blog post, we will discuss a case study of a female patient who had a mini neck and lower face lift in 2016 and wanted to further enhance her appearance by correcting her marionette lines with Restylane Lyft.

Our patient

In her early 50s, the patient had previously undergone a mini neck and lower facelift to address the sagging skin on her neck and lower face. However, despite the surgery, she still had prominent marionette lines that made her look older than she felt. She was interested in exploring non-surgical options to correct these lines and improve the overall appearance of her lower face.

After a thorough consultation and evaluation, we recommended Restylane Lyft, a hyaluronic acid filler designed to add volume and lift to the cheeks, jawline, and midface. Restylane Lyft is a safe and effective way to correct marionette lines and other signs of aging. It works by replenishing the natural hyaluronic acid lost as we age.

The procedure

The procedure was performed in our office under local anesthesia, and the patient could resume her normal activities immediately after the treatment. We used two syringes of Restylane Lyft and strategically injected the filler in the jawline, corner of the mouth, jaw corner, and cheek to provide a rejuvenated look.

The patient was very pleased with the treatment results, which were noticeable immediately after the injection. Her marionette lines were significantly reduced, and her lower face appeared more lifted and youthful. The treatment lasted for several months, and the patient reported minimal discomfort during the procedure and no significant side effects.

Why did we choose Restylane Lyft?

Restylane Lyft was chosen for this case study because it is designed to add volume and lift to the cheeks, jawline, and midface. It is a hyaluronic acid filler formulated with larger particles than other Restylane products, making it an ideal choice for deep injection to provide lift and volume.

Restylane Lyft has been clinically tested and is safe and effective for correcting moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as marionette lines. Additionally, it has a high patient satisfaction rate, with many patients reporting significant improvement in the appearance of their skin.

Another advantage of Restylane Lyft is that it is a non-surgical option that can provide noticeable results with minimal downtime. The procedure can be performed in the office under local anesthesia, and patients can usually return to their normal activities immediately after the treatment.

Restylane Lyft was chosen for this case study because it is a safe and effective way to correct marionette lines and other signs of aging in the lower face and midface. It can provide noticeable results lasting for several months, and it is a non-surgical option with a high patient satisfaction rate.
