This procedure is commonly known as a non-surgical nose job. Therefore, as its name implies, the procedure includes injection of filler and implementation of PDO threads into the nasal dorsum to improve the overall look of the nose. In addition, it might include some Botox injection in the depressor septi nasi muscle to raise the nasal tip. This procedure is popular among Asians.

It is more affordable and has less downtime. Moreover, the results are reversible.

The procedure is not permanent and lasts about six months. Moreover, it will result in bruising

A mid-thirties female patient presented to the clinic. She is not pleased with previous nose filler results at a different clinic. Therefore, She wanted a better-defined nasal bridge, higher nasal tip, and narrower naris.

Six bi-directional Cog PDO threads were implemented from the nasal septum up. The PDO threads are 21G and 50 mm long. We did the whole nose fillers procedure under local anesthesia.
