Fotona Neck Lift Results

It is not just about the face when it comes to skincare. Sun exposure, environmental factors, and a sedentary lifestyle contribute to aging skin on your body. In our practice, we see many patients concerned about neck wrinkles and drooping skin.

The sole choice was surgical two decades ago, which comes with a hefty price tag, lengthy downtime, and health risks. The need for non-surgical solutions has increased, resulting in the evolution of new technologies such as Thermal (Radio Frequency), (HIFU), Fractora (Microneedling), and Fotona Piano Mode laser.

Each machine creates coagulation spots at varying depths in the dermal layers, some up to the SMAS layer.

The objective of this piece is not to compare various technologies and their advantages and disadvantages but to walk you through one of our successful cases using the Fotona laser neck lift.

The technology enables the use of two distinct laser sources:

ND: Yag Laser equipped with a piano mode for enhanced penetration

Skin resurfacing with the Er: Yag laser

This video demonstrates how we apply the laser using a specially constructed handpiece for the neck.
