Marionette lines Correction Case
Marionette lines or party hat lines are vertical lines extending down from the mouth’s corner around the chin.
When the filler is injected, how is it injected?
Each injector has its unique approach to marionette line correction. One popular approach is the fanning technique, which involves injecting the filler in lines and fanning out from the initial injection. The corners of the mouth are then injected with a modest quantity of filler along the lip line to support the tissue while also elevating the corners.
In certain situations where the drooping skin is caused partly by the loss of cheek fat pads, renewing the cheeks with the same thick fillers can slightly uplift the marionette regions.
Is it painful?
The fillers themselves include lidocaine, which numbs the tissue when administered. Additionally, some clinics apply a topical numbing lotion 10-20 minutes before the procedure to ensure patient comfort.
Marionette lines are vertical lines that contribute the most to the appearance of aging; thus, decreasing them can add years to your look. These lines will only worsen; therefore, it’s better to address them while your skin still has some snap left so you don’t appear to be manipulated!
Why Do I get marionette lines?
Marionette lines form due to skin aging, like other folds and wrinkles. The loss of collagen and elastin, along with bone tissue loss.
