What Is a Non-surgical Nose Job
An Asian descendent client came in with concern about the shape of her nasal septum. After consultation with Dr. Kamal Alhallak (Ph.D.) and R.N. Dima Omran, we decided that the client is a good candidate for the Non-surgical Rhinoplasty procedure. The staff took her full medical history and the before and after pictures.
Case 1023
This client with two surgical rhinoplasties came to the center with a cosmetic issue. The implant of the surgical procedure that was performed in Mexico shifted over time and is clearly showing in profile and 45-degree selfies. We explained our plan to inject fillers to cover the implant and better achieve symmetry.
Nose Job Procedure
Firstly, we used 2% lidocaine jelly and a chiller to make the injections more comfortable. Secondly, we injected a full syringe of Juvederm Volbella using a 25g TSK cannula. And lastly, the entry points for the cannula were chosen with the help of Accuvien to minimize any bruising.
Results of Non-surgical Rhinoplasty
These pictures were taken 2 weeks after the procedure. It shows full recovery without complication and significant improvement of the nose shape at the nasal septum level.
Bruising after fillers
Swelling and bruising are some of the most common complications after fillers injection. However, we have a special laser Q-switch nano-second spectra laser with four different wavelengths (532-585-600-1064) to manage the bruising after the procedure and fasten the healing time.
