Fillers injection
The filler is more helpful in facelifting and defining the lines rather than face slimming. We usually use it hand-in-hand with Botox to achieve significant face shaping.
PDO threads
PDO threads are relatively newer technics that use barb threads inserted through a cannula. The thread will be inserted in the subdermal plane and help hold the tissue against gravity. This procedure is considered more invasive than other cosmetic injectables and has longer downtime, but it has more significant results and can be used alongside fillers and botox
Energy devices
Other methods that help in facelift and face contouring is using energy devices such as
Ulthera
It sends focus ultrasound waves to the SMAS layer under the skin to rebuild collagen.
Thermage
Work similarly to Ulthera, but it uses fraction radio frequency as a source of energy.
Microneedling
These machines work by both mechanical and energy induction for collagen production.
Laser
Fractional ablative and non-ablative laser helps mainly with skin texture and pigmentation.
